Booking a session
•
A session booking becomes valid only after:
•
– agreeing on the date,
•
paying a non-refundable deposit (100 zł – newborn session, 300 zł – birthday session), confirmed through the messenger agreed with you (in the confirmation email you will also find tips for preparing for the session).
•
After choosing the date you will receive a link to book and pay the deposit to the account given in the message with preparation for the session.
•
If payment is not made within 2 days of agreeing the date, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
•
Re-booking is possible only after the date has been agreed again.
•
By booking a session you confirm that you know my style and accept it, and that you have read the terms and agree with them.
•
I reserve the exclusive right to the author's editing of the photos.
•
Any correction, cropping, filter or other interference by the client with the author's photo is strictly forbidden.
Payment
•
Payment for the session is made on the day of the session in cash or by bank transfer (after the session ends).
•
Editing of the files begins only after full payment.
Rescheduling or cancellation
•
The date can be rescheduled no later than 2 days before the session.
•
Hours may be limited due to the schedule.
•
A free date may be available only in 1–2 weeks.
•
If the rescheduling occurs less than 2 days before the session, the deposit is forfeited and a new one must be paid.
•
Cancelling the session also results in forfeiture of the deposit.
•
It cannot be transferred to another client or type of session.
•
In exceptional cases (illness, force majeure) I may reschedule the session, but I am not responsible for your costs of preparation, travel or accommodation.
•
If anyone taking part in the session is ill — the session is rescheduled.
•
If, despite illness, the person turns up — they will not be admitted and the deposit will not be refunded.
Course of the session
•
Sessions take place at the Little Bee Studio in Kraków, ul. Szwedzka 23, 30-324.
•
Sessions are held daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
•
Please arrive on time — being late shortens the session time.
•
Animals are not allowed in the studio during the session.
•
Photographing or recording with phones or other devices is possible after agreeing on the publication of the materials on the photographer's website or social media.
•
The photographer is not responsible for the child's behaviour during the session (e.g. crying, unwillingness to pose, running).
•
Parents are responsible for damage caused by the child in the studio.
Selection and delivery of photos
•
3–5 days after the session you will receive access to an online gallery with thumbnails of unedited photos to choose from.
•
The selection must be made within 14 days (2 weeks).
•
If the deadline is exceeded, editing may take up to 90 days instead of 60.
•
I send the finished retouched photos in electronic form within 60 days of confirmation of the selection.
•
An "express editing" service (10 days) is possible for a surcharge of 400 zł.
•
Files are delivered via Google Drive (the link is valid for 31 days).
•
The files must be downloaded within 31 days — after that they will be deleted.
•
I send printed photos in a branded box within 14 days of receiving the recipient's address.
•
The deadline may be extended due to printing house overload — in that case you will be informed.
•
If a photo book is ordered, we add up to 14 days to the above deadline for agreeing the layout and printing — it is an author's product requiring special care.
Publication of photos
•
It is forbidden to copy unedited photos from the gallery, take screenshots or publish photos without the author's editing or with watermarks.
•
I undertake not to use your photos without your consent for purposes other than those previously agreed (publication on the website, social media).
•
Your personal data is protected in accordance with the privacy policy on the website www.viktoriiamedynska.com.
Gift vouchers
•
You can buy a voucher for a session according to the chosen package.
•
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a promotion provides otherwise.
•
The date on the voucher means the expiry date, not the session date.
•
The session can be rescheduled a maximum of twice.
•
A third cancellation makes the voucher invalid.
•
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
