Photoshoot Regulations & Process Guidelines

BOOKING A PHOTOSHOOT

Booking a photoshoot becomes valid only after:
– agreeing on the date,
– paying a non-refundable deposit (100 PLN – newborn session; 300 PLN – birthday session), confirmed through your preferred messenger (the confirmation email also includes preparation guidelines for the shoot).

After the date is set, you will receive a link to book and pay the deposit to the bank account provided in the preparation email.

If payment is not received within 2 days of confirming the date, the booking is automatically canceled.
Rebooking is available only after a new date agreement.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are familiar with and fully accept my style, and that you have read and accept these booking rules (regulations).
I reserve the exclusive right to artistic processing of images.
Any correction, cropping, filtering, or client interference with the original artwork is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT FOR THE SESSION

Payment for the photoshoot is made on the day of the session—either in cash or via transfer (after the session concludes).
File editing begins only after full payment is received.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE SESSION

Rescheduling is possible no later than 2 days before the session.
You accept potential calendar constraints.
The next available slot might be 1–2 weeks later.

If you request a change less than 2 days before the session, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required for a different date.
Cancelling the session also leads to losing the deposit.
It cannot be transferred to another client or another session type.

In exceptional cases (illness, force majeure), I may reschedule,
but I am not liable for your costs related to preparation, travel, or lodging.
If any participant is ill, the session is postponed to safeguard everyone’s health.
If a sick person attends anyway, they are not allowed into the studio, and the deposit is not refunded.

CONDUCTING THE SHOOT

Sessions are held at Little Bee Studio,
Kraków, ul. Szwedzka 23, 30-324.
Shoots run daily, typically 10:00 to 15:00 (other hours by prior arrangement).
Please arrive on time—late arrivals reduce session duration.
Animals are not allowed in the studio during sessions.

Photographing or filming with phones or other devices is allowed only with client agreement for publication on the photographer’s website or social media.

I am not responsible for a child’s behavior during the session
(e.g. crying, resisting poses, running around).
Parents are liable for any damage caused by the child in the studio.

SELECTION & DELIVERY OF PHOTOS

Within 3–5 days after the session, you'll receive access to an online gallery with thumbnails of unedited images for selection.
Selection must occur within 14 days (2 weeks).
If this window passes, editing may take up to 90 days instead of 60.

Final edited images (with artistic retouch) are delivered digitally within 60 days after confirming your selection.

“Express editing” (10-day turnaround) is available for an extra 400 PLN.
Files are shared via Google Drive (link valid for 31 days).
You must download files within 31 days, or they will be removed.

Printed photos in a branded box are shipped within 14 days after you provide the recipient’s address.
Delivery time may be extended if the print lab is busy—you’ll be notified.

If a photo book is ordered, add up to 14 days for layout approval and printing (it’s a custom product requiring care).

PUBLICATION OF IMAGES

You may not copy unedited photos from the gallery, take screenshots, or publish images without author’s retouch or watermark protection.
I commit not to use your images without your consent
for any purposes beyond those agreed (placement on my site or social media).

GIFT VOUCHERS

You may purchase a voucher for a photoshoot based on the chosen package.
The voucher is valid 12 months from purchase (unless stated otherwise in a promotion).
The date on the voucher denotes its validity, not the shoot date.

You may reschedule up to two times.
A third cancellation voids the voucher.
A voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
